Canyoning is like water slides but in nature! Our activity consists of hiking, swimming or sliding down a rugged river (we do not rappelling). The course, forged by thousands of years of water flow, will offer something for everyone; swimming and sliding for the quiet ones, jumps and walls for the adventurers.

You will enjoy the beauty of emerald green pools, natural water slides and several waterfalls. The activity lasts approximately 5 hours and all equipment is provided (except shoes). A small snack will be served in a breathtaking site! Adrenaline and fun guaranteed!

• No experience is required for canyoning. This activity is open to anyone without major physical handicap.
• Accessible to children aged 9 and over.
• 5mm wetsuit, helmet, gloves and socks provided.
• Your swimsuit and sport shoes that can go in the water with a good grip are necessary. A classic running shoe can do the trick.

The activity takes place near Gaspé, 45 minutes from the Inn and not at the Inn.

In the northern sector of the Forillon National Park in Gaspé (Anse au Griffon), the Griffon Aventure site offers different types of unusual lodging; in rustic cottages, ready to camp, rooms, dormitory, and camping, sea view, access to the beach. Bar service with local microbrewery beer and Quebec spirits.

Discover the cliffs of Forillon and their rich biodiversity

Now a concessionaire of Forillon National Park, Croisière Forillon takes you to the sea in the northern sector of the park. Discover the mythical cliffs and Cap Bon Ami during a personalized 2.5-hour cruise for small groups of up to 12 passengers.

You will learn about the geology, marine mammals, birds and the rich history of the area. There is a possibility of mackerel fishing if you wish to bring back your supper or for catch and release.

An intimate experience with privileged contact with the wildlife of Forillon National Park from mid-June to mid-September.
