  • Outdoor interpretive siteNutshimihtsh / In the forest
Walk the trails at the interpretive site and discover the plants of the forest. Learn how they provide shelter, food and medicine and gain a better understanding of the unbreakable bond between the Ilnuasth and Mother Earth, source of all life. Respect and harmony, deeply ingrained values among the Ilnuatsh, take on their full meaning here in the heart of nature.
  • Uashassihtsh - Experience Pekuakamiulnuatsh culture
Uashassihtsh, which means little bay, began activities in 2012.
It is located in an exceptional setting on the shore of Pekuakami (Lac Saint-Jean). Take time to talk with Ilnuatsh craftworkers... Proud guardians of traditional knowledge and know-how, they will share age-old techniques, handed down from generation to generation.
A summer meeting place, each year the site hosts events that continue the tradition of summer gatherings, such as the Grand rassemblement des Premières Nations in July.
